Sylvia O’Stayformore turned the dream of a shy & innocent Utah Mormon girl into reality when she founded Bacon Strip back in 2005 as a monthly drag show serving up laughter, costumes, outrageous acts, and bacon! 

Today, Sylvia has taken the show to new levels with new themes and an ever-changing cast of characters. 

Bacon Strip The Big Gay Variety Show is held on the first Saturday of each month at Rebar in Capitol Hill, Seattle.  In addition to Bacon Strip, Sylvia has helped bring communities together, raise money and awareness for local non-profits, and hosted many events for the past 10 years.
